Shipping information

  • We ship to the addresses in USA Only. 
  • The shipping address can not be changed after the order has been submitted.
  • We will not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO address.

Return Policy

  • The customer needs sends an email to Support_USA@adata.com asking for a return. The email should provide an order number and a list of products that will be returned. 

  • Products returned should include an order number, all parts, and packaging. Missing or damaged products will not receive a refund. Customer ships the return items to:

  • Customer should email Support_USA@adata.com the tracking number for the return shipment. 
  • Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the returned item(s) are received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on the product.
  • A return has to be completed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
